Formed in 2008 in Kobe, 100BEERS is an extreme metal band originally centered around Ryu Kodama (G/Vo), Tsudaya (Dr), and Shohei (B/Vo). They began their musical activities primarily in the Kansai region.
Band History
2010: The group expanded to a five-piece lineup with the addition of Hiroki (B) and DJ Daisuke. However, following Shohei's departure, they continued as a four-piece band.
2015: Released their self-produced 1st album, DEMISE AND ENDS OF BEGINNING, under their independent label, ZONZON RECORDS (which was renamed to Eirinhyal in 2024).
2016: The band operated as a four-piece until 2016, when both the bassist and DJ departed.
2018: Resumed live performances as a trio with the support of bassist Masked Jose Jr.
2019: Masked Jose Jr. returned to his home country.
2021: Ryu Kodama and Tsudaya resumed activities as a duo.
