Formed in December 2019 in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. A new project by rock band NOISYDOGS vocalist Kaz and former guitarist Seiji. Yuki, who is also a childhood friend of Seiji, is appointed for management.
The world view of # 00 (EYE), which weaves deep sounds reminiscent of early 80's black music such as rock studies, country, and blues, and genreless melodies that feel familiar to both Western and Japanese, is "ORIGINAL & TRADITIONAL". Established a unique style based on "(Tradition)".
Mainly active in street live based in Utsunomiya city, appearing in local events, posting videos using the video sharing site Youtube, streaming distribution, etc.
